The Office of Educational Technology provides technology support to faculty and staff in the College of Education and Human Development (CEHD). This support includes diagnosing hardware and software problems, configuring hardware and software, installing printers, and consulting on software and equipment choices.
To request technical support, complete an OET support request to explain the problem. Form submissions are read by OET staff throughout the day. To ensure that you receive the fastest service possible, please do not call or e-mail individual OET staff, as a staff member may be away from the office. Requests are added to a service queue and handled on a first-come, first-served basis, except in emergency situations. You can check on the status of your OET help requests made within the last month. You may also find answers to your questions from or self-service support documents and videos.
