The Office of Educational Technology maintains a laptop cart for instruction that may be reserved by CEHD faculty and staff for use in Willard Hall Education Building. The cart contains 20 Windows Latitude E5491 laptops running Windows 10 with 16 GB of RAM and i7 processors.  To reserve the laptop for a class, complete and submit the cart reservation form.  You can reserve the cart for one event or for multiple sessions. The following software is installed on the laptops.

• BirdBrain Robot Server
• Internet Explorer
• Java
• Microsoft Office 2016
• Mozilla Firefox
• Processing
• Scratch 2
• Zoom

If the software you will need for your class or event is not already installed, you will need to provide OET with a license agreement, one week or more in advance of your reservation. When you reserve the laptop cart, which is housed in WHL, you should also reserve a problem-based learning classroom in WHL by completing a classroom reservation request on the registrar’s site.  If you use the laptop cart during evening or weekend hours, please contact Public Safety at ps-events@udel.edu or (302)831-2222 to verify building access.   The Office of Educational Technology will provide you with instructions for the cart’s convenient pickup and return.
