Check Classroom Availability Online
Before you complete a classroom registration form, take a look at 25-Live to save time. The Registrar’s Office has upgraded its classroom scheduling software to include 25-Live that allows you to view the availability of 172 registrar-controlled classrooms.
Click on the Availability tab to view individual room availability. You can then click on a room, Details tab, to view room attributes. To reserve a room, complete a classroom reservation request form on the Registrar’s site.
2FA to be Required for all Full-Time Employees in February
Two-factor authentication (2FA) helps prevent unauthorized access to your UDelNet ID account by adding an extra layer of security to the login process. On February 13, full-time employees will be required to enroll in 2FA. In addition, on February 22, 2FA will be required to use many human resources and payroll forms that part-time employees use. If you haven’t already, you can enroll in 2FA by logging into the My UD Settings page.
Over the past year, the University has been adding 2FA protection to more services and accounts. All UD graduate students now use 2FA, and IT plans for undergraduates to use it by January 2018. To date, 12,500 members of the University community have enrolled for 2FA protection.
