Switch to Eduroam for Secure Wireless Access
If you haven’t done so already, now is the time to switch to Eduroam, the secure wireless network at UD. As of August 1, UDel Secure will no longer be available. All faculty, staff, and students with UD credentials can access Eduroam. Once you configure Eduroam, you will have access to the wireless network not only at UD but at all institutions where Eduroam is enabled. To configure Eduroam, follow the directions on IT’s site or contact OET.
Week of Code Camp
Thirty-one students attended our second successful Week of Code camp July 17-24 in Willard Hall Education Building. The camp seeks to give 5th-8th grade students an in-depth programming experience. Led by our own Joe Naccarato and Newark High School Computer Science Teacher Sarah Woodward, campers learned the Processing programming language to create apps and program robots.
